Our Returns and Exchange Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase from Steeps, then frankly, we aren’t happy either. Please send it back or give it to someone you don’t like. You may return it by mail for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, you may return the product by mail for an exchange of equal value.

Steeps Fire Cider reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable. Steeps One Shot reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or for items which may not have been purchased within the last year.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. We’re sorry, but we are not able to cover return shipping fees. Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a refund (only if the product was purchased within the last 30 days) or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.

Shipping

We currently only ship to the UK and mainland Europe. We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however, please note that additional fees will be applied to these orders. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Please also note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please email us at jamie@steepsoneshot.com if you would like shipping outside of the UK and mainland Europe. We ship with Royal Mail, UPS, TNT, DPD, APC and Interlink Express on all domestic and international orders. Our online shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the weight of the items you have selected. Shipping costs are displayed before you finalise your order or you can request a quote before you order.
